4. Information on this site
Specifications, performance figures and configuration options are provided for general guidance. Performance in practice depends on payload, terrain, configuration, conditions and operator technique.
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change specifications and available modules without notice.
5. Configurations and quotations
Configurations submitted through this site are enquiries, not orders. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell.
Any quotation we issue in response is subject to our separate terms of sale, availability and the specification confirmed in writing at the point of order. Lead times are indicative.
This clause matters. Without it, a published configuration list combined with a quote request could be argued to form part of a contract.
6. Training and certification
CAERUS systems are supplied on the basis that operators complete the certification training we provide. Operating the system without certification may affect warranty, insurance and safety, and is at the operator’s own risk.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link to third-party websites, we do so for information only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content or for any loss arising from your use of them.
8. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to this site, and we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.
These exclusions relate to your use of this website. Liability in connection with the supply of a CAERUS system is dealt with in our terms of sale.
